Our annual special outreach events.
For more than 25 years, we have hosted an event called the Corn Fest.
It is held on the 3rd Saturday of August from noon to 6.
In 2025 the date is August 16th.
Corn on the cob is free,
All rides are free.
There is a kids’ carnival and a kids’ gospel show, also free.
For the adults, we have gospel music and reasonably priced food.
Ribs / Burgers / Hot Dogs / Italian Sausage and more!
Every December we sponsor a “Night at the North Pole”
Families are invited to come and get their pictures taken with Santa.
Snacks and homemade hot chocolate are available while you wait.
And we have a roaring fire where you can make S’mores!
There is no cost for this event.
Every Christmas Eve we have a candlelight service.
It begins at 7:00 and we sing songs / enjoy special music.
And then at the end we all stand and light candles.
Every light in the church is turned off and we sing the familiar classics together.
